  • Sometimes our emotions aren’t clear to us; you aren’t broken if answering “How does that make you feel?” or “Where do you feel that in your body?” seems impossible

  • I’ll meet you where you are, to help you befriend your emotions and the needs they may uncover

  • We’ll work on developing skills to identify and communicate your needs
